Last week, Venture Lab finalists presented their projects to an international network of business angels and investors. DoctorDoctor, an eHealth website  to help patients organize their medical lives, claimed first prize winning free access to the hub and consulting hours to help set up the company and obtain public financing. They will also automatically enter the final round of an European startups competition where they could win up to 250.000 euros in financing.

The runners up were OpenKM, an open-source document management system and Yogya, a clean disposal solution that converts tires to energy, carbon black, scrap steel and electricity. Additionally, many Ventrue Lab students managed to set up meetings to discuss  financing and advancing with their projects.
