If there is one theme that comes to mind when thinking about IE, it most definitely has something to do with entrepreneurs, new ideas and innovation.
These ingredients portray not only some of the core values of the school’s spirit, but are also part of this week’s Venture Network. As a tool for students, businessmen and investors to mingle and exchange ideas, the IE Venture Network hosts every Thursday an evening during which a number of innovative start-ups have the chance to present their ideas, receive useful feedback and create a connection among potential investors to make future dreams come true – and all this in a friendly environment with some drinks and snacks.
For example, this week’s Venture Network will be run in collaboration with the Madrid Science Park which directs tasks towards consolidating a new productive network that is based on knowledge, new technologies, innovation and the promotion of state of the art research. One of the start-ups that will be holding a 7 minute pitch is Lucierna – a Software development company specialized in application performance management solutions.
