Do you want to get a taste of what an in-class experience might be like as an IMBA or Tech MBA student?

Join us for a Master Class to dive in to the critical aspects of leadership in digital transformation, more important than ever in today’s rapidly evolving world.

We will discuss topics such as: How can we lead digital companies to success in the international workplace in terms of our work relationships and expectations? What impact do digital companies and new technologies have on societies and governments? What are the best practices you can use to persuade others in your organization to adopt new technologies? The session explores these questions in relation to several companies, including Amazon, Facebook, Alibaba, and Supercell.

This class will be taught by Sandra Comas, IE Professor of Leadership and Creativity.

Sandra Comas has taught at Yale, Stanford, the City University of New York, Singapore Management University, and IE Business School. She is a consultant in Leadership Practices, and has worked with several organizations, including IPG Mediabrands, Gotham Asset Management, Buhler, Digital Energy and Konstantine’s. Currently she is writing a book on exemplary leadership practices in history, business, and the arts.
